Workshops & Training for Institutions
Hands-on manufacturing workshops for schools, colleges, ITIs and vocational training programmes — practical skills taught by a consultant with 34 years of field experience.
Practical Training That Goes Beyond the Textbook
Most chemistry and vocational curricula stop well short of real production. Students learn the theory of saponification or surfactant chemistry, but rarely make a finished, sellable product. Our campus workshops close that gap with hands-on sessions led by a consultant with 34 years of field experience in soap, shampoo and detergent manufacturing.
Sessions are built around demonstration and supervised practice — not slides — so students leave having actually made and evaluated a batch.
What a Campus Engagement Looks Like
Every programme is shaped around your institution's goals, group size and available facilities. A typical engagement includes:
- Curriculum fit - a short planning discussion to align the workshop with your syllabus, skill-development scheme or placement objectives.
- Live demonstration batches - formulation and production demonstrated end to end, with the reasoning explained at each step.
- Supervised student practice - participants run their own small batches and learn to judge quality, consistency and common faults.
- Q&A and guidance - open discussion on careers, entrepreneurship and how to take the skill further.
Formats can range from a single guest workshop to a multi-day skill-development module, delivered on-site at your campus.
Ongoing Collaboration & MoUs
For institutions that want a longer-term arrangement, we are open to structured collaboration — for example a memorandum of understanding (MoU) covering recurring workshops, skill-development support or curriculum input across an academic year. The specifics are agreed with each institution based on its needs.
